for your budget." - Eric
All voiceover & audio
post-production rates assume delivery via
email or Eric's "Client Download Center" on the Web.
Some
productions will require the use of CD delivery due to the
number of files or length of the production, and for those
productions there will be no extra charge for delivering the
production on one CD. Duplicate CDs available at the rates
below.
Invoices for regular, recurring voiceover clients are
sent once per month on the first day of each month,
due upon receipt. Other projects are invoiced as they are
completed. Larger projects may require a partial up-front
payment.
Rates subject to change at any time.

requesting any service(s) from Eric
Wylie Productions, the requestor (user) agrees to abide by the following
Terms of Use:
Please Note: Overall, the goal
in offering the services provided by Eric Wylie
Productions is to provide expertise in the area of
communications and make life a little easier for producers and
business owners by providing quality work at an affordable
price. To the best of the owner's ability, reasonable assistance
will be granted to clients without unnecessary billing. However,
"time is money," and clients will be billed for actual services
rendered.
- User/purchaser acknowledges that he or she has read and agrees to
the rates for services as posted at the Web site:
www.ewproductions.com
- Voiceovers: User/purchaser is submitting a script free from errors. Reasonable
accommodations will be made for typographical errors in
copy, but scripts needing to be re-recorded due to errors in
script text will be charged as if a new production is being
submitted (double-check your script before sending it).
- User/purchaser understands that they will not be charged for a
production until it meets their needs. Reasonable
accommodation will be made if certain styles of voice or
production elements are not to the client's liking. Again,
time is money, and if necessary details were not included in
the original instructions, additional charges may apply. For
larger jobs, partial payment may be requested before work
begins.
- Voiceovers: Rates quoted are for single markets only. If scripts are
to be used in multiple markets, user agrees to disclose this
fact to Eric Wylie Productions. Additional charges may apply
for productions used in multiple markets.
- In the unlikely event an agreement cannot be reached
between the user and Eric Wylie Productions, productions
deemed unacceptable for use by the client/user may not be
used in any form, including being broadcast or publicly
used in any way.
- Voiceovers: Overnight e-mail delivery is advertised only for "dry"
voiceovers (no music or production) for scripts sixty (60)
seconds or less, when scripts are received by 3:00 p.m. U.S.
Central Time, Monday through Friday. Files submitted before
3:00 p.m. on Friday will be returned by Monday morning.
- Under the music license purchased by Eric Wylie Productions,
music cannot be resold as single elements. Music will only
be included in final, mixed productions.
- User/purchaser understands that there is a direct relationship
between the success of the final production and the details
provided to Eric Wylie Productions to create that
production.
- Eric Wylie Productions reserves the right to use any
production, in whole or in part, as demonstration pieces for
Eric Wylie Productions. However, a production that contains
information proprietary to the client, such as information intended only for the internal use of the client company,
that they themselves would not make public, would not be
used in a demonstration. Additionally, Eric Wylie Productions
would not use information in a demo prior to release of the
client's first use.
- User/purchaser agrees that it will not hold liable or take legal
action against Wylie Creative Communications, LCC; Eric Wylie, Eric Wylie Productions, or
